Digital Publication

Booklets are designed from the ground up with your participation. These usually include the program as well as information about your event and organization and can contain ads from sponsors.

These can be fully digital publications available to your attendees via QR code linking to your website or physical copies printed like a magazine.

Printed Publication

GXI Printing offers a variety of paper stocks for the inside pages as well as the cover. We also offer a variety of finishes, from uncoated to matte to gloss. We can design and print publication in a range of sizes. We can do them as small as 8.5 x 5.5 (half page) all the way up tp 12 x 12.

GXI Printing will work with your graphic designer! If you already have a relationship with a designer, we are happy to receive print-ready files for a print-only job.

03 Binding

A physical copy of your event booklet will really wow your attendees as well as your sponsors and advertisers. GXI Printing offers two different binding techniques; Saddle Stitch and Perfect.

Saddle stitch binding is the most popular today and is great for publications between 8 and 64 pages (total page count must be a multiple of 4.) This is where folded sheets of paper are nested one within another and attached by staples through the fold. This is the most cost effective and looks great as well.

Perfect binding is where the pages and cover are glued together at the spine with a strong yet flexible glue. The other three sides of the book are then trimmed as needed to give them clean “perfect” edges. Page counts can be in multiples of 2. This method is more expensive than saddle stitching but may be necessary if your publication has a high page count.
